I entry in the draw 6 April, 7 April win in the draw , 21 April the cancelled my order , . Yes I ask during 2 weeks about where my sneakers , yes I don’t want wait if you don’t have the sneakers then return my money, but They removed this order from my account, how is possible , i have all screenshot, all emails! - I won these sneakers. You kept my money for 2 weeks to cancel my order at the request of me as a customer. Of course, I'll demand my money as a client, and that's normal. Since I shouldn't have waited half a month, I've already asked that if there are no sneakers to return the money, you didn't react. And then we decided to cancel the order in 2 weeks! I've never seen or seen this in my vast shopping experience from different brands stores and boutique’s, and How can you take the win from the one who won the draw? And now I have to wait for my money to come back, what did I lend you money? You deceive people, take away the wins in raffle by holding sneakers, just don't send an order, waiting for the client to start demanding money, so you don't have any delays where the warehouse staff put sneakers? , I guess. The motive is clear. Very mean. I never even imagined that they work so dishonourously at Aimé Léon Doré. You burp yourself with these actions, proof that I played and won, you rob winnings, stain your name. You don't have to withdraw money from bank card at all if you're not going to send the order. You opened my eyes, I've been waiting for months for my winnings to be taken away later. I'll wait another week for the money to be returned to my account, that's 3 weeks. People should know how they can be deceived!

"Doesnt look like on the website"
I ordered a hat on the website and paid 15€ of delivery, i received it and the shape of the hat was completely different of the picture on the website and i was really disappointed but when i saw that i have to pay 20€ to return i never saw anything like that in my life. I have paid 35€ and i have nothing. For a brand with that standard it is a shame honestly. The product really wasnt like on the picture and you have to pay the price of the delivery and the return.

"NEVER AGAIN"
I will never ever order from them again. 20 euro shipping fees and another 20 incase of return, plus you don't actually get a refund but a store credit instead.

"No communication. Ignoring my emails."
Ordered New balance 550s a good while ago. Since then there has been no communication on the status of my order. I understand there are delivery delays but what I don't understand is a company dodging my emails and not contacting me about when I will be getting my order.

"Warranty liars"
I bought a pair of NB 550 off a guy who bought the shoes on ALD. He bought them last month and I've literally worn them 20 times or so. The lining and glue have already gone up and they refuse to replace the shoes because I wasn't the person who bought them from their store - which I've told them is a criminal act as the warranty is still intact.
"Over 4 weeks delay and never received my product"
After waiting over 4 weeks for a t-shirt I contacted customer support. They told me my product was out of stock. They offered me a refund which I had to take as they didn't offer anything else.
I then went to spend the money at a later date including a giftcard and it didn't have the money on because it wasn't reinstated. I tried to spend the money in store in the UK so I didn't have to deal with delivery, they told me this was not possible.
All together a very bad experience when you consider that the t-shirt was £90.
